How do I find my weekly spend target?

You can check your spend targets and progress at any time by accessing your Laminex Legends dashboard. You will receive an email on September 5, 2022 with your unique access link.

When does the promotion start and finish?

Promotion commences on 5 September 2022 and concludes at 11:59PM AEST on 13 November 2022.

How do I know how many tickets I’ve earned into the weekly draw?

You can check your progress and entries into the weekly prize draw via your personalised Laminex Legends dashboard. You will receive an email on September 5, 2022 with your unique access link.

How do I know if I’ve won a prize?

Weekly Prize Draws: Winners will be contacted within two (2) business days of the draw date. Winners will also be published at laminexpromotions.com.au on the dates
specified in the Terms and Conditions.
 
Major Prize: Winner will be contacted within two (2) business days of the draw date. The winner will also be published at laminexpromotions.com.au from 24 November 2022. 
 

Do I need to meet my weekly minimum spend in a single transaction?

Spend doesn't need to be in one (1) transaction, and can be made across multiple transactions during the relevant week of the promotional period.
 

How will my prize be delivered?

Winners will be contacted by their Laminex Sales representative to verify their prize preference and delivery details.

Delivery will be subject to prize selected and discussed at time of selection or as specified in the Terms and Conditions.

I met my minimum spend for the week, do I receive a prize?

Nice work! By meeting your weekly minimum spend, you've earned yourself an entry into the week's prize draw. Want to boost your chances? You'll score additional entries the more you spend!

Can I choose which of the prize items I receive?

Yes! Winners of the weekly draws can choose one or more of the weekly prizes in our Prize Catalogue, up to the value of $3,000.
 
The lucky Grand Prize winner will choose one of the Grand Prizes listed in our Prize Catalogue.

Which Laminex products are eligible for this promotion?

All Laminex core products are eligible for this promotion, including Fireguard and Surround (excluding Hi-Macs & EssaStone).

 

Do I need a password to log into my dashboard?

No – on 5 September, invited Laminex customers will receive an email containing a unique dashboard access link. If you do not receive this email, or you have lost your link, contact Laminex Promotions on 1300 096 976 or at info@laminexpromotions.com.au

When will my dashboard be updated with my sales?

Your dashboard will be updated with daily sales overnight.

Will my weekly sales roll over into the next week's target?

No. Your weekly minimum spend (and entries earned) will reset every Monday.
 
This means that every week is a new opportunity to win!
 
However all of your entries earned throughout the promotion will count towards your eligibility for the Grand Prize Draw. The top 5 entryholders in each State/Territory will be automatically entered into the Grand Prize Draw.

Can I win multiple prizes?

Weekly Prizes: Yes, you are eligible to win prizes in any weekly draw that you have earned entries for.
 
Major Prize: There is only 1 winner for the major prize draw.

When will the Major prize draw happen?

The Major Prize draw will take place on 16 November, 2022
